It is a reliable choice of letter plate as it is PAS 24 accredited and has been thoroughly performance tested, with 480 hours of salt spray testing for grade 5 classification in BS EN 1670, opening & closing action tested to 100,000 cycles and weather tested in line with BS EN 13724:2002. A peripheral seal on the external flap ensures a full thermal and acoustic barrier for the door, and the flap opens to 180 degrees. The letter flap has a Grade 304 Stainless Steel construction for corrosion resistance, and the unit is supplied with 25 Years Anti-Corrosion Guarantee as well as a 10 Year Mechanical Guarantee from Trojan plus all required fixings and instructions.
