Our Lamb Striploin is a boneless alternative to a rack of lamb that maintains a tender and juicy texture. Versatile and easy to prepare, it's ideal for grilling, roasting, and pan-searing. Prepared with an authentic Turkish-style marinade courtesy of Elizabeth and Yuksel at The Kebab Club, the marinade balances sweet red peppers with punchy chilli and garlic, and smoky undertones of paprika. We source our lamb and mutton from a selection of farms in the West Country, depending on availability and quality. All our lamb is slow-reared and grass-fed, from independent farmers that uphold the highest standards of animal welfare. Sourced from traditional breeds of hill sheep that have spent at least one season at grass, we ensure we get the best quality meat with incredible depth of flavour. This product is only available for delivery on our Easter delivery dates (Wed 27 March, Thu 28 March, Sat 30 March 2024).
