Splendid French Napoleon III brooch in a typical garland motif, dating circa 1870s. Beautifully hand crafted in 18k yellow gold with a central antique cut diamond & 9 rose cut diamonds set in Platinum. The brooch can be used as a pendant as well. Condition: Very good condition with a beautiful patina. The closure works perfectly well. Material: 18k yellow gold & platinum, acid tested. Weight: 7 grams. Diamonds: 1 Antique cut diamond weighing 0.10 carat & 9 rose diamonds. Dimensions: North to South 1 inch (2.6cm), East to West 1.45 inches (3.7cm) NOTE: in order to preserve the original condition of the jewel, stones have not been removed from their setting. All diamonds weight, color, grade & clarity, unless stipulated otherwise, have been made by measurement formula & comparison.
