Victorinox Swiss Army Watch Alpnach Mechanical. The masculine Victorinox Swiss Army Alpnach Mechanical model in a bold 44mm diameter offers a sophisticated and highly professional statement via its rugged construction and black nylon strap. The iconic Alpnach collection from Victorinox watches is named after the Alpine helicopter base of the Swiss Air Force. Using Swiss precision and cutting edge design, the Alpnach Mechanical is sharply engineered and directly inspired by the twin-rotor Cougar AS 532, borrowing key elements from the aircrafts rotary blades, cyclic stick, turbines and cockpit. Dressed on a beautiful black hue, the dial features a white seconds hand together with white tipped hour and minute indices for high legibility. A striking date aperture sits at the base of the display, providing remarkable contrast against the lime green painted border and matching minuterie on the flange. Victorinox watches fuse together an excellent selection of materials to create these sound, solid designs that are built to withstand the most extreme of external challenges. Their highly luminous dials provide the wearer with round the clock information regardless of compromised lighting conditions. As well as a water resistance of 100 metres the Victorinox Swiss Army Alpnach Mechanical watch also features a black PVD coated unidirectional rotating bezel, 24 hour markers, luminescent dial appliqus, skeleton caseback and a black PVD coated stainless steel case.
