The Infrared lamp can also be used within space heaters, drying processes, shrink packaging, laminating and sealing equipment.The Jacketed version offers greater safety in commercial environments by adding a quartz glass sleeve that protects the inside from any outside contact that may cause hotspots and early failure, but also prevents glass shards from falling into food if the bulbs shatter.
