Vintage Simon Ellis (c. 1980s - 90s) bugle beaded and sequin short-sleeve top with rounded neckline and scalloped edges to sleeves and hem. Padded shoulders. Closure via concealed zip on back and hook and eye on nape. Outer fabric is purple, 100% silk, the lining 100% polyester. Spot clean only. Marked as size XL, though appears to be a UK 12 / EUR 40. Measurements (laid flat) are: length at front (low neck to hem) 51cm; length at back (nape to hem) 57cm, incl. 48cm zip; armpit to armpit 49cm; length of sleeve (from shoulder seam) 27cm; width at bottom hem 52cm. There are no tears, repairs, loose threads or stains. The embellishments are intact. There is one notable flaw, however; the shoulders, tops of sleeves and bottom hem are sun-faded.
