One member of staff was really great, the other, who took over, could not wait to get rid of me, when it wasn't even close to closing time, and he was more interested in interacting with other fellow staff members than with customers...

I should never have proceeded after it took them 3months to get out to me and set up Virgin Media. Unbelievably stressful every single time I've called but today and six phone calls later I couldn't be happier that I've cancelled. One call handler in particular was beyond rude I don't even know how he got a job working on customer service calls, he should be in a pit never interacting with other human beings.
!!!!!!!!DO NOT EVER SIGN UP TO VIRGIN MEDIA!!!!!!!!!

Broke my phone on holiday. Got home four am on third October. Went to this store for a new phone. Totally useless. Explained I needed a new phone. They told me it wasn't insured and had four months to run on the existing contract. So? Pay off the contract and start a new one. No, ring this number. Cannot believe their attitude. Told me to go to Car phone Warehouse! Did so. They arranged to settle the Virgin contract, got me a new phone instantly, transferred my data, temporary number, transferred my old number to an EE account. Shame on you Virgin Solihull for despicable treatment to a long standing customer. Hope RB sacks you all.

Virgin Media. We've had the worst service since June. Back then we were told a major repair is going on in the area in September (!) and after services will be majorly improved. It's October now, and it's the same. Router is restarting every 3-5min in the morning and evenings (which is when i need internet anyways). The tech on the phone cannot identify the issue. They mostly the you 'there's an issue in your area' as if somehow that solves your problem. When you call the first time, you get an automated router restart and they hang up for you. Which means you need to call twice to get an operator. Technicians come at about 1-2 weeks from the moment you call and they get scheduled. Used to have all the respect for RB, but his company's service is just awful.

Have been there on TWO separate occasions and they did absolutely nothing to help except tell me to ring Tec support or go to the samsung shop across the road. Complete and utter waste of space

This company will not fit about 14 ft high . So if your in a flat don't book an appointment. They will waste your time . This should be a comedy sketch on YouTube but sadly it's real . The also have Indian call centr. Nightmare .so glad the could not install

Virgin media is total BS,they don't care about thier customers because they just want the money. If you've already chosen their service,all I can say is good luck,hope they will treat you like a real customer not an ATM machine.

Great help that he phone for me to activate for my new tivo box as I can't phone them as I'm deaf which is difficult for me thanks.
