In the case of Volcano De Mi Tierra Tequila, it's the volcano that erupted over 200.000 years ago and nourished the soil of the Jalisco region in Mexico to provide the perfect grounds for the perfect Tequila to be born. Oh yes, this brand knows just how many things needed to go right in history for this godly Spirit to come into existence. And the Volcan De Mi Tierra Tequila is taking advantage of them all - this handcrafted from agave to bottle, 100% Mexican Tequila that is also reducing their environmental footprint and helping localities, is simply godsent. Blending everything together is the main philosophy of Volcan De Mi Tierra. The brand sources its Agave from different spots (still producing 100% Tequilana Agave Tequila with no additives added), uses different processes of Tequila-making (traditional roller mill, Tahona stone, open wood fermentation versus stainless steel, different use of yeasts), and also blends casks. This Tequila was aged in new American and European oak barrels for 135 days before being married and bottled at an ABV of 40%.
