This large subscriber's Copy Number 157 of the architecture, history and family of Wadham College Oxford and their family seats in Somerset & Devon. Frontis illustrated with a view of Wadham College from the Print by Loggan in 1675. Illustrations include a Fold-Out Plate of the Chapel, a Facsimilie Letter by the Foundress, in all 18 Plates and 22 In-Text illustrations. Contemporary Brown Calf Half-Leather Binding with Marbled paper-covered boards. This book is in fair condition. It is a HB without DJ. The spine cover is loose but the spine itself is still strong. The boards are dirty with some damage at the corners and edges. Internally the blank pages at the front & back are heavily foxed. The front blank page has a dedication. The remainder of the pages are yellowed but clean and unmarked.
