Vitamins C, B12 and iron which contribute to normal energy release. Folic acid, pantothenic acid and vitamin B12 also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Selenium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair & nails, aswell as the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C helps with normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.
