Made from steel, the plate has 10 round conical holes of which are cut into the plate at 28 degree angles. The punch is also made from steel, conical in shape at the end and cut to a 28 degree angle. Used for forming, stretching, reducing or changing the shape of a collet. To use: place the collet into the appropriate hole, insert the punch and tap carefully with a hammer. Collets should be annealed and gradually stretched or reduced. Holes measure 18mm, 16mm, 14mm, 13mm, 11mm, 10mm, 9mm, 8mm, 6mm and 4mm.
