75cl / 13% - This ultra-dry rose from Caves d'Esclans in the heart of Provence is a popular expression due to its creamy texture and full body. Owned by Sacha Lichine since 2006, the goal of the estate has been to ignite a 'Rose Renaissance'. This vintage from 2022 is made with a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle grapes and has a pleasantly light pink tint, concealing notes of fresh and ripe red berry fruits and floral nuances. A great partner for shellfish, cream chicken pasta or veal.
