The brainchild of aerospace engineer Daniel Preston and chocolate expert Vince Oleson, their distillery began as a chocolate factory before it turned to Whiskey production. Daniel designed and engineered their one-of-a-kind stills to give all the subtle flavors in the ingredients a chance to shine. Widow Jane is all about quality, using only GMO-free ingredients and the legendary limestone mineral water from the Rosendale mines. This water, used to build American icons like the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty, gives their Whiskey a distinct mineral profile that sets it apart from all others -- and if you still don't believe us, just check out all the gold medals from Spirits competitions they've racked up. Their Decadence 2022 Edition features a 10YO Bourbon aged to perfection and finished in barrels that used to hold the sweetest of sweet -- the artisanal maple syrup from Crown Maple. The result is a Whiskey that will end your bland booze blues and sway you into a dance of vanilla, burnt sugar, and cinnamon bar flavors.
