Winston S. Churchill By Randolf Churchill: Youth 1874-1900
Merchant: Oxfam
Merchant's Category: Media> Books
A set of 3 books written by Randolph Churchill about his father Winston as a Young man. The primary book is part of a series of Books dealing specifically with the dates 1874 until 1900, from his birth, through his school years, the army and his return to Britain on the day of Queen Victoria's funeral to start his Political career. Randolph uses primary material such as letters and documents so that Winston life speaks for itself. The other two volumes are fascinating companions to the primary book containing the full documents, letters, telegrams and family letters quoted. The books are cloth bound hard-backs and all have Dust Jackets. All three volumes are in good condition with some minor bumping and slight tanning around the page edges. Primary book was published in 1966 and the companion volumes in 1967.
