Wire Elements by The Beadsmith is a range of tarnish resistant craft wires, ideal for jewellery making, wire wrapping and more. With a 99.99% copper core the craft wire has a tarnish resistant lacquer coating, that is available in a range of metallic tones. Wire Elements is created from a medium temper, half hard wire which offers some flexible resistance when bent but once formed retains its shape, making it an ideal choice for ear wires, jump rings and clasps. When used to create an element like a clasp, which will be subjected to high stress, it should be hardened after shaping with a nylon jaw hammer. This mini assortment pack includes 6 x 3 yd spools in the following colours: 1x Gold 1x Silver 1x Copper 1x Rose Gold 1x Vintage Bronze 1x Antique Copper These mini spools measure 20 gauge thickness (0.8mm). With complementing metallic tones, the assorted packs are a great way to test out new ideas and colours before purchasing larger spools. The Beadsmith Wire Elements range are EU Reach Compliant, lead and nickel free.
