Worzel Gummidge - Barbara Euphan Todd - 1964 First Thus
Merchant: Oxfam
Merchant's Category: Media> Books
This edition from 1964, with illustrations by Jill Crockford, is about the famous scarecrow Worzel Gummidge. The story, with all its enchantment and wonder of the world, makes Worzel a very human character. Search for 'children's classics' for more of the same! This hardback book is an item that has been used previously and shows small signs of cosmetic wear and tear. It is crisp, bright and fully operational. The dust jacket is present and intact with some tanning to the spine. The spine of the book is in good condition with silver-foil printing on it. The panel pages are red clothbound and show almost no signs of bumps or marks. The pages inside are clean and clear and have some black and white images. Some foxing to the fore-edge of the pages.
