Or just put it on display, because it is - I am sure you will agree - a thing of beauty and extra eye-catching for being extra large. Displaying is in fact a serious option because the best before date is December 2026. You'll just get used to it sitting there impressing everyone, then you'll realise on a whim that you need to use it and how clever you were to have catered in advance. You get 940g drained weight, or eleven times the normal size tin. Don't take too much notice of the name. This is not bonito tuna, it is Bonito del Norte, which is the albacore tuna, also known as Atun Blanco or Thon Blanc and did you guess, white tuna. But what's in a name?
