The soaking mix heals, harmonizes and detoxifies to help women recover from childbirth, painful intercourse, irregular menstruation, decrease menstrual flow, as well as reduce dark or brown blood at the onset or end of mense, relieve symptoms of menopause; assist with healing of haemorrhoids and so much more. (2oz.)Ingredients: Organic Rose Petals, Organic Lavender Buds, Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Yarrow, Organic Red Raspberry Leaf, Organic Motherwort, Organic Mugwort, Organic Calendula, Organic Basil, Organic Rosemary, Organic Sage, Organic lemon balm and Organic Oregano Leaf. Directions: One ounce equals one steam. Bring water to a low-temperature boil for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off heat and allow herbs to steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer herbal water to a pot, sitz bath or Yoni steam seat. Remove clothing from the waist down. Before squatting or sitting, please use precaution and test the steam. Make sure it is not too hot. It is recommended to drape a long sheet or blanket waist down to the floor, therefore, no steam will escape. Keep your body warm throughout your yoni steam ritual and enjoy.
