delivery very good. Arrived the next day. I had great problems obtaining an invoice for my records. All other companies send the invoice with the parcel. I got a picking list and and had to go on to the website, login and go on to another website, where I was told I had no invoices. Tried 5 days in a row and had to ring in the end and invoice was emailed to me but got no explanation about why.

Good package in an unsuitable box, with no packaging to stop movement, by the time 10 loose reams of paper had been delivered, all paper was damaged and split, not what I expect, Customer service was fine. It is a shame that all that paper will be collected then disposed of for the sake of suitable packaging.
