Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
Initially for a week I thought the order was not delivered. Chased then up but customer service didn't show any attempt to resolve the issue besides saying that the goods were delivered and signed by me. Eventually after a week I found that the delivery driver attempted to deliver to my neighbour instead & as he was away ended up chucking it over their side gate and for a week it was out in rain
