A gift, delivered nicely and in good time and good order. I already knew that the contents were excellent: Landsend supima nighties. I've worn nothing else/nothing less for years....

I did not in fact purchase the product I intended to purchase, because Landsend, very kindly I would say, warned me that as I wanted to send the item to Canada, I would be best advised to purchase through their US branch, Landsend.com as the product could then be delivered quicker and possibly cheaper. I thought this was extremely helpful and very kind of them to take the trouble to let me know!

The experience was good as usual regarding this company but the garment had to be returned for a refund as the material plus the quilting made it too heavy.

Delivery took longer than usual. I’ve returned goods - at my cost - most other online stores are allowing free returns at this time. Still not heard anything - returned first class last Friday. Returned (free) another item to another company last Thursday and yesterday received email to advise they are processing refund - Lands End need to catch up with competition
