Hermes left parcel in porch even though I answered and opened inner door on entry system to flats. I am disabled and expected them to deliver to my door as other firms do.

Landsend quality & customer service are good. As a company it needs to communicate better with customers when goods are returned ie Boden has a great customer service on informing customers of refunds etc

I was very disappointed that my cashmere sweater has been pilling since the first wear. I have not experienced this with cashmere sweaters bought elsewhere.

Ordered paid waited for delivery phoned to say out of stock despite showing stock when ordered .No apology really more or less said tough offered no alternative apart from much more expensive items . wouldn't even give you one star

Use landsend often. This delivery took 8 working days whereas friend who bought some of same items got hers in 3. That’s why I reduced stars. Appreciate current Covid situation is most probably reason but couldn’t mark higher in this case
