A little disappointed that the delivery took so long via Hermes. I am comparing using this website with going into a shop. I would have my purchase instantly but I can appreciate that the website has much more choice than my local shop so was prepared to wait. I found the website easy and fun to use with a huge choice of fabrics and the Fabric Table feature was excellent. I will use again but not

Wanted to recover my patio wicker table the table top had sunken and broken under the glass. I wanted a close matching fabric to staple in place. I ordered it I felt secure with the feedback I got and I was notified along its journey. I will definitely use them again fabric perfect

I waited 3 weeks just to be told a fabric I ordered payed for had become unavailable. I was offered to choose a replacement, and I chose the only comparable fabric on the entire website, but was then told the price difference is 30£ and thus too much and I cannot have it. However, I really required this specific type of fabric and it is extremely frustrating to wait for so long, to then not get th

Have placed several orders and always found the fabrics to be excellent quality, correctly sized and reasonably priced. Haven’t tried sending anything back yet but no reason to think this would be difficult. Would like speedier delivery but appreciate that Brexit has probably slowed down the process.
