Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
Extremely disappointing customer service and endless processing time! I'm still waiting for my fabric orders I made end of November and begining of December. I know they are difficult tim s but Myfabtics still expecting orders from UK so is their responsibility everything to be delivered in the time scale announced on their website. I'm gutted!

I haven't received my order yet due to COVID related delays but My Fabrics have been proactive in keeping me updated
I have ordered from them many times and have confidence in them

I have not received my order. I did have an email saying that there was something wrong with my address. I sent a corrected address. I have sent further emails but I have not received any acknowledgement following this up.

I didn’t realise that although my fabrics has a UK website address, it is actually German and the fabric is sent from Germany. I ordered my fabric 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it!!! Have deleted the site from my email. Won’t be using again.

Be wary. I have contacted them twice about my order. Only auto response. The UK phone numbers don't work. Still no sign of order.
