It is very frustrating trying to deal with this company, they just do not respond with relevant information regarding individual orders. Placed order on 04.01.21 and on 27.01.21, order still showing as processing. Now trying to get them respond to 2nd cancellation request.

I know that Brexit has now taken place, but.... The order was confirmed on 31st December, I received an email on 11th January with a reference to track my parcel. Received nothing since to explain delay. As of today (27th January) the tracking is still showing as "the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS". I wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order. I will not be using this comp

I thought this was a UK company - it is not- it’s German. I ordered fabric at the beginning of January which has not arrived. I received information that the parcel number had been entered into GLS tracking system but they had not received. I know we are in lockdown and Brexit probably doesn't make the deliveries easier but two months time and still the my orders are not delivered. I'm ordering fabrics from this company from 2019 and never had problems like this. Even during the last lockdowns everything was delivered on time. I don't know what is going on but it's quite disappointing! Two months and I'm still waiting for the fabrics

Didn’t received my order after 22 days, didn’t receive any reply to my emails regarding the status of my order.
The dispatch was previously slow but at least after 2-3 weeks I had the order but now I just paid and received nothing yet, not even an update.

an order was made on 9th December 2020, to date it has not been received or copntact made by way of an apology.
Trusted Shops are not much better no compensation forthcoming nearly 2 months later.

Extremely disappointing customer service and endless processing time! I'm still waiting for my fabric orders I made end of November and begining of December. I know they are difficult tim s but Myfabtics still expecting orders from UK so is their responsibility everything to be delivered in the time scale announced on their website. I'm gutted!
