I still have not received my 2 parcels that I ordered. One just before Christmas and one just after. No updates from supplier, except one about brexit which I fully understand. I think waiting over a month for a few bit of fabric is unexceptionable

Everything I have ordered from My Fabrics has been good quality and very acceptable It is difficult to gauge what a fabric is like in the pandemic but so far it’s been ok without sending for swatches. I do wonder if items will be more expensive after Brexit with this German based firm and will have to monitor prices. So far so good

Fabric orders not received - emails sent not responded to. Refund request not responded to either.
Usually they are an excellent company to deal with- very disappointed at present.

Order placed 4th January- still not arrived. No communication, no reply to emails, no update. Suspect Brexit may (and possibly justifiably) be blamed but it hasn’t prevented taking payment and I don’t think Brexit stops email! Very disappointed and not sure what to do mow.

My order dated 8.1.21 has not been received nor have I had any notification that its been posted.I was charged £7.95 for shipping although it says its free for orders over £50.
