I have 3 outstanding orders that I e not received yet. The oldest ordered on 17th December almost 2 months ago.
I expect that I will receive them. I’ve bought many orders from myfabrics.com and have always been happy with the quality of my order.
I expect that the orders are stuck in customs following Brexit.
At the moment until I get my orders I suppose I’m rating Brexit. As I always th

It is three weeks since I ordered and I still have not received my order or a notification that it has been dispatched. Other sites seem to be more efficient.

I placed my order January 15th 2021 and it is still in processing. I have contacted My Fabrics and unable to ascertain the exact status of my order.
This is the first time I’ve had a problem with them and the fabrics are lovely.
I understand it is a difficult time with both COVID & Brexit but I would appreciate an order update.

DO NOT ORDER from this website.Appalling customer service. Part of order lost in transit and had to submit a claim through insurance to even get a reply. Then even though replacement items promised they were not dispatched.

Due to Brexit affecting shipping I have not yet received my order. I would have expected that given ample notice appropriate business plans would have been put in place. I don’t think that my money should have been taken for an order that could not be dispatched. I ordered fabrics around 3 weeks ago. I got an a email to say that there are big delays and that because the fabric is coming in from Germany I probably won’t get it due to Brexit. Brexit has not been a secret so why has my fabrics.co.uK only just noticed this ?

I still haven't received the fabric I ordered. I've contacted the seller via the website and have heard exactly nothing. A very disappointing experience. I will be contacting PayPal to get my money back.

I ordered on the 15th of January and still don't have my order over 2 weeks later! There is no way of contacting the company directly to ask about the dispatch either. Where can my order be in the process?
