A .co.uk website thats not in England but Germany. Placed order 30.1.21 and still haven't recieved it. Contacted them and still no reply. Wouldnt use again.

I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED FRO. YOU HAD I KNOWN YOU WERE NOT IN THE UK
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - IN FACT I WOULD SAY IT'S NON EXISTENT

I've ordered fabric on 29th December. After email saying lies about sending my fabric by GLS I never get it. I asked for refund. I didn't get it and trusted shop guarantee is a joke. They have sended me "proof" of refund I germany language which I can't even zoom to see clearly what is it. Trusted shop have close my case without asking for more proof with my PayPal details refunding. AVOID!!!!

Absolutely terrible service !!!
Only half my order arrived and I’m now having to wait on a PayPal case to try and get a partial refund . I would not recommend this site at all and the customer service is appalling, they can’t even bother to answer emails correctly.

I placed and paid for an order a month ago, and havent heard from Myfabrics since. Deliver promise was 10-15 days. So disappointed. Horrid customer service. Now trying to get my money back.

I can not give a rating as I have not received my order, 28/1/2021 when ordered still waiting. Have sent email just got a load of rubbish about Brexit. No number to ring or no notification about when order will be coming. Rubbish It would be good if it was stated that they are importing goods from EU, which they say is the problem.
