Order placed for a guaranteed Christmas delivery on December 10th and payment made. Goods not received, and no response from customer service after chasing, having shared payment, order confirmation etc. very disappointing...

Delivery Issue only - I know it's not the shops problem.
Didn't check that the items coming from Germany even it's English website - due Covid 19 I did wait 4 week for it. (Christmas present).

The delivery service (UPS) failed to deliver the puzzle before Christmas and then used the channel crossing issues associated with COVID-19 to further defer the delivery date to 6 Jan 21 - the parcel arrived in the UK early am on 24 Dec 20. Besides the disappointing delivery issue the puzzle is magnificent and a perfect gift.

Box looks great, better than expected tbh. Not opened yet as I was a Xmas present but have high hopes having seen the box. Unfortunately, expected delivery date was 24th dec but didn’t arrive until the 6th jan
