Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
The image on the jigsaw was so blurred that we couldn't even attempt it. The purchase should have been declined if the image was so poor as to be impossible. A waste of money.

Both recipients quite moved by the thought. One turned out quite difficult by being too much of a similar colour and the other surprisingly easy. Next time will try more variation in colour. Easy to make and order! Would be lovely to have gift wrapping available. Will use again.

I am really impressed with the quality of my jigsaw. The photo is of excellent clarity, better than the original. The box is just as you would get if you bought it in a shop, good strong cardboard. It's presents a very professional appearance.
Delivery had it's problems due to Christmas rush and at one point we all thought it was lost but then it suddenly arrived in time.

I ordered it on the 4th December, so it would be here for Christmas!!! It is now 5th January, and despite constant contact with UPS,(the delivery company), IT IS STILL NOT HERE!!!!

Took over 2 weeks to deliver. Came from Germany even though I thought it was a uk company. Said it was being delivered twice and never arrived on those days with UPS. Quality of puzzle is very dark and not the colour of the photo uploaded and lots of pieces stuck together and not cut properly. If Photo was too dark they should tell you
