The speed of delivery from the time of order was impressive, especially as I ordered 7 A4 photo books (ordered on 3th November and received on the 9th).
My only slight criticism is in the layout you class page 1 as being the inside of the front cover which I hadn't fully realised. I feel it may have been better to leave this blank and have page 2 as page 1.

Hadn’t realised jigsaw puzzle would be printed on such thin cardboard! Sooo flimsy. Should have checked. Print looks good just so thin not really practical to use as jigsaw.

There was a fault with an order and whilst they never accepted it was their fault they offered a free reprint or a 40% voucher .I accepted the offer of reprints only to be curtly told, when I had re ordered it, that they had changed their mind and would only offer one smaller print.Thats the last print I order from them having been a customer for a number of years!

The top of the head was folded over.so only half of the forehead was on the seen canvas. Surely there is quality control. No offer of a replacement.

I ordered two large prints on canvas and one small . The two large are presents and the small one for myself . Very pleased with my order, they turned out well. Slight scratched area on one corner which was exposed and not covered with the bag but otherwise good, The delivery took a while and I did wonder if they’d arrive before Christmas but arrived ok. I’m pleased with them anyway
