I'm sorry to say but I had a problem with my order. Called them and the customer service representative told me to email them and it will be sorted. 3 days later I got a Dispatched notification but no email reply. I called them again and they basically said they didn't have enough staff on that weekend to deal with my problem so it's now sent out and theres nothing I can do.

01 - When I complained aboout the non delivery from my account - they at first said - there is no record of the order. I sent order number details then they say they have no control of the delivery, wait for another day!!! . Still waiting. Most Unhelpful
