It nearly wasn’t 5stars, when I was ordering the goods, Viking was quoting 24 hour delivery, that is one reason I chose Viking as opposed to Amazon. I urgently needed the goods for a training session. Unfortunately once I had paid, the screen said due to Covid delivery could take 48 hours!’ I rang CustomerCare but she wasn’t able to a) guarantee delivery in24 hours or b) give me the name of the de

Lovely dress, but it was a size too small. I therefore returned it and asked for a refund, which I haven’t yet received. Am now still awaiting the larger size, which I ordered and also paid for.
Very little information was given about future date of delivery. I know that Brexit has made this difficult, but I’ve had better service from other EU sellers in France and Germany.

I have ordered a dress which was supposedly in stock, I then received a response informing that Covid19 had delayed delivery and the item was going to be restocked and dispatched the following week. I was ok with this at this point , however, the item has not arrived a further 2 times and I have had to chase up the items whereabouts and then received the same generic email in response with only a

Great service. Prompt, reliable delivery. Effective, good value, well tolerated products that leave the skin glowing and fresh with no residues or heavy, overloading formulas. Lots of actives but no adverse reactions. I’ve tried all the rest from Lancôme to La Mer and nothing compares to these products.

Absolutely delighted with my purchases. Your size guide is an important tool that should be used by all. Consequently, my two dresses are a perfect fit and beautifully made. Love the side pockets on the Pink Dress, superb addition for the fit and flare style dresses.
Deliver was quick, Driver so polite and items well packed.
