I am really pleased with the knee length brown boots I ordered from Rocket Dog. They are extremely comfortable, look good and are perfect to go with a couple of shirt dresses I bought before Christmas.
Delivery wasn't especially quick, but I was not in a hurry for the boots and of course we are in the middle of a pandemic. I think the few days' wait was acceptable.

Beautiful silk style cushion cover that comes folded with the cushion. Very clear picture and good quality. Delivery was very delayed but it was due to borders closed, I could track package and see updates.

One of the most bizarre experiences ever. Sales assistant was taking tea with friend and completely ignored me. Despite asking for assistance she continued to discuss her social life and their mutual friends. When I asked for service she huffed and puffed. Tried to insist that I tried on 1 shoe rather than a pair as she didn't want to have to fetch the other one. Then insulted me with a snide comment about me not understanding the brand (as I wasn't the right type for the brand!).
I am a well dressed 50 year old professional woman who came in wearing an Orla Keily dress with Emma Hope shoes-so obviously not a time waster.

Phase eight in bishops stortford

After visiting phase eight in bishops stortford to purchase a complete wedding outfit I was amazed that when I questioned the price as the particular dress seemed to go up and down in price I was told that it is only when they have a special on. I saiid that if I was to have the dress jacket bag and fascinator which totalled to just under �400 could I have a discount to which I was told no. Big mistake as well as my custom my three friends were going to get there complete outfits from there. I have gone on to John Lewis same dress 20% off and free delivery definitely won't be recommending them to anyone. The manager couldn't even be bothered to come out just told one of the young assistants to tell me.

DO NOT USE MORRISON DRY CLEANING SERVICE AT SHEPHERD'S BUSH

I dropped 4 garments at Morrison Dry Cleaning at Shepherd's Bush for dry cleaning. They returned 4 garments back but the dress they returned was not mine. It has a tag of dry cleaning record from 8 months ago! My dress cannot be found. They have lost my dress which cost me 300 pounds. (I cannot rule out that the dress has been stolen as the case seems bizzare and suspicious). The staff has just passing the responsibility around and trying to delay the response. When I went to chase the case up. I noticed two other unhappy customers complaining. I am still in the battle of chasing up my dress.

I was invited last minute to a presentation ceremony for my boyfriend's work and needed something to wear ASAP but was stuck and couldn't get to the shops. Had a look at a few online stores and found boohoo had a Saturday delivery option! I ordered an amazing maxi dress which was only �20.
I order at 3.30pm on Friday and it arrived just after 9am on the Saturday morning! AMAZING! The dress is gorgeous and looks much more expensive than the �20 I paid. I received so many compliments on the night =D
I have bought a few items again this week on the slower delivery option (no rush) and as I was unsure how to track the parcel I e-mailed the customer care team, and received an e-mail back almost straight away giving me all the necessary info. Really good site and I highly recommend it!

Strange Sizes

It's difficult buying from La Senza online because the sizes are so inconsistent across the products. However, you can return items that don't fit to a La Senza store easily - so the solution would seem to be to order a range of sizes and just keep the one that fits.

Poor quality stitching

I was recently in jane norman in aberdeen, and was buying one of the lovely purple/black striped dresses, jane normans clothes do look wonderful, but after trying on the dress, i notices the stithcing along the straps were loose,.. i looked on the rack for another one in my size, and they all had loose stitching.. i managed to get 10% off for the damage when i bought it (i easily fixed the stitching myself) but you wonder how long the rest of the stitching will last, and why are the clothes so overpriced for such cheap workmanship (AND they are made in the UK)!!
avoid jane norman unless you can get the price slashed!
