Took my daughter to Jane Norman's in the New Cabot Circus in Bristol.
My daughter decided to buy a top and proceeded to stand in a queue for the tills for 20 minutes. The item which had been discounted down from �25 to �12.50 if by a miracle was now �25 again, even though the marked price was �12.50.
I spoke to a very arrogant girl called Sue on the till and asked her how they can sell goods at well above the marked price. She said that they did not have time to change the prices. I asked for the head office address of JN, which she finally gave me.
Very shabby and underhand business ethics at this busy time of year.
