Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
very unimpressed went in to order an expensive hand made one off table to be told they can't sell it that day and will call me back 2 days later as it was bank holiday and the manager was away to arrange delivery etc no call 2 days later so called them up to be told its sold this morning and nothing can be done as its now labeled as sold ! when we explained we had put our name to this days ago and this was in the order book , we were told well they didn't see it in the book and staff had not passed on message no real apologie only sorry its sold customer service nil points not even offered to try and get a similar one totally rubbish
