After spending most of the previous evening at the hospital with my mother and then searching at 3 different chemists the next day for the prescription, I arrive at Cameolord Pharmacy on Oxford Road in Manchester, to be presented with a barrage of insulting and presumptuous comments from a dishevelled, elderly looking man behind the counter. He said I do not look after my mother, she is elderly and that I don’t take care of her. He obviously thought that I had not been to any other chemists prior to arriving here. He then made some comments about my religion saying that I should look after my parents. I carefully explained to him that nobody takes care of my mum’s concerns more than me. I take her away regularly, keep her active and make sure no stone is left unturned. He quickly changed subject when I explained the circumstances regarding me trying to get this prescription multiple times throughout the day. He started rambling on about about something else (unintelligible) at which point I walked out. Unfortunately I have to see him again tomorrow as they did not have my mothers prescription anyway !! Even the other gentleman at the counter was looking at me in a way to say he doesn’t know why he is rambling on. Absolutely disgraceful comments from this man, he should not be dealing with anyone on a professional level. Just an update. After promising me that he will find the correct prescription within a few days. I was told he would ring me and let me know when I can pick the prescription up. To this date, he has not had the decency to update me or ring me with a prescription. Absolutely disgusted at the hypocrisy of this ignorant man. I will never come here again.
