I went to this shop today (22/07/22) for a parcel return around 12.30pm. The young guy who was in the till was furious to me when I asked him to help me to scan the QR code as I tried multiple times myself and failed. He didnât help. He told me you should know all these things. After asking 3 times, one of the customer who came to purchase something from the shop heard this and came and helped me. Dear shop owner, please donât employ these type of rude arrogant employees to ur shop. He was simply sitting at the till and wasnât even ready to listen. I have never experienced such a rude customer service from any other shop.
