Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
My wife and I ordered coffee on her way to work. It was lukewarm and when I asked for it to be changed was told it was our fault as we had sat outside. Very sarcastic staff reluctantly gave us new coffees. Won't be returning!!!
