The stamps are sold in a set of 27, including all 26 letters of the alphabet and an ampersand `&` stamp. ImpressArt metal stamps have been developed to offer designers a huge range of options for creating their own, custom stamped jewellery, metalwork and craft projects. Developed by artists, for artists, these high quality stamps by ImpressArt ensure that your designs make the perfect first impression. Each stamp is made from hardened steel, and is perfect for use on soft metals such as silver, gold, copper, brass, pewter and aluminium. The stamps can also be used on mixed media such as clays, leather, card, wax, wood, glass and some fabrics. Each upper case letter measures approximately 3.0mm high. To use these ImpressArt basic letter stamps, place your metal on a steel bench block or anvil. Strike stamp with an appropriate hammer such as a brass mallet (997 3134, 997 3135) to create the stamped design. The striking force will determine the depth of the stamped design.
