The Worldwide Bearings Ceramic Hybrid Bearing range meet and exceed today's requirements offering a long list of beneficial features over traditional steel bearings.The Ceramic Hybrid Bearings are constructed from inner and outer steel race rings with ceramic balls in place of steel. The bearings offer 40% less friction over steel bearings allowing you to minimise friction reducing the amount of wasted horsepower which may have otherwise been lost. The bearing range also provides a weight reduction benefit, featuring a 60% less rotating weight reducing corner and combined chassis weights. The items continue the benefit scale with the product lifespan, the bearings lifespan is increased 3 to 5 times longer than steel providing a longer term economic benefit and reducing maintenance and down time giving you more time on track. Once on track, the bearings maintain the advantages with lower vibration levels and cooler running temperatures ensure optimum feel and control is maintained.Any standard conventional steel ball bearing can be replaced by a hybrid ceramic ball bearing.
