It's very difficult to buy a top piece that matches your own hair.
Hothair understands this more than any other company, and refunds as many times as it takes to get the right one.
Others do not allow this.

Hermes have let Hothair down as they didn’t delivery the next day despite me paying the £7.95 - I’ve complained to them but heard nothing.
It’s a shame as the product is very good - I had a clip in voluminous pony tail which is great! But if you need your goods in a hurry, just dont bother
