It’s been over a week since it was supposed to be delivered and I’ve still not received it ,I never get parcels from Hermes ,I have no problem with any other delivery service .

First wig I ordered was listed as available but a week later I was suddenly refunded and told the wig has been discontinued. I order two more wigs one of which was to wear for a special occasion. One wig arrived but not the one I wanted for the occasion and the paperwork just said to follow’. A week later I sent two separate emails before I got a response which was to tell me that the wig was out

Item arrived in a timely fashion and has described . Slight issue only that received no conformation of purchase email nor history of purchase on my account had to contact vendor to verify my purchase wich they did otherwise great service would use again .

I have found Hot Hair a brilliant company to deal with but unfortunately because I purchase their products on behalf of friends who don't have internet access etc I am really not in a position to comment on their products except to say that everyone concerned is pleased with their purchases.
