I'have made an order and I haven't received anything yet. I wrote an e-mail to know something about my order but nobody has answered me. I made my order on 14/02/2022 it should be here in 5/7 days. it is already one month and I haven't received yet. I wanted to try one of your product not only for me but because I would like to sell your product here in Florence. what shall I do.

Customer services excellent and knowledgable and very helpful. They are very patient at answering questions on the phone. Orders come next day if you order before 12 noon day before. So if you need something in a hurry you can usually get it if in stock I presume. Products are excellent.

Orders here for a very important event abroad.
1. Delivery was delayed so I didn’t get it on time for the event
2. I have bought and checked out two packages. They have sent only one and only when I asked about the second they have sent the second one
3. No track number was given to me until I requested. No delivery very date estimate.
4. My email requesting return of unwan
