Used HH & Natural image for many years.
Very pleased with their range....hopefully my current favourite wont be phased-out any time soon!

The hair scrunched are so sparse they add no volume to your hair. The look straggly and messy.
Quality definitely deteriorated.

If I could put zero stars I would I will never deal with this cheating company again. 4 items ordered 3 received,2 sent back out of the 3 delivered and I was told they only got 1, and then after 3 weeks they sent it back saying it was damaged, there WAS NO DAMAGE ON MY PART It WAS NEVER USED ONLY COMPARED FOR COLOUR MATCH, WHAT YOU CAN DO IS GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK , BUT YOU ARE NOT GOING TOO.. F/B
