Ordered a "pale blonde" wig, which turned out to be snow white, and whose quality was extremely basic for �65. I sent back the next morning. Hothair took nearly 2 weeks to refund me, and I had to email them 4 times before they processed the return to my PayPal account. Shockingly poor service. I won't be ordering from then again.
