The item is exactly as described and the colour is as shown in the photo. such a bargain, to be honest I was not that hopeful...based on the price but shouldn’t have worried. Will be buying more products

customer service very good, and Miranda answers email enquiries really quickly.
I was only dissappointed that the hair colour I chose smoky walnut, which looked as if on the brown spectrum, looked grey-blond. Other than that Hairdo product perfect, and the Hotair packaging was very good and secure.

I have fine hair & normal claw clips won't stay in my hair they just fall out. The Dainty clip is small, light & the colour matches my hair beautifully. It gives my hair a more stylish look. I'm very pleased with it. I would by another one in a lighter shade. Thank you.

I’m still waiting for part of my order to arrive ... 10 days after the first items arrived . But have had no communication Re the delay except when I paid on line there was a warning of delays . It’s unusual as normally deliveries are seamless.

Love this, it is easy to put in, looks good and I can wear it happity for hours without feeling any weight od discomfort. As it's not too long it looks far more natural than some.
