5 days from email stating production complete until actually despatched. Had to regularly chase for info and was offered voucher that never arrived. Whilst we appreciate things may be taking longer at the moment there is no excuse for poor customer communication and service.

Since the birth of our daughter, Mypicture have been great. Providing distant COVID separated family members with a lovely framed picture has made a lot of people very happy in these trying times. Great price for what you get too, really good quality. There was a slight delay on delivery due to the Brexit related holdups but we were kept fully in the loop via email.

I have used Myphoto before and loved the canvas sent. This time there was a delay in dispatch and, when received all three canvasses were darker all over than the photos sent for printing, one so much so that the foreground was barely visible. Will use again, but if this is repeated will look elsewhere

Ordered canvases on 8th January in good time for a birthday at and January. Order tracking very poor, which showed order stuck in Germany for over 3 weeks. Every time I contacted customer services the tracking coincidentally updated shortly after. I believe the tracking is fake. It was only previous good performance of seller that gave me hope goods might arrive. They did arrive first week of Feb.

Besides the delivery being very fast , I received someone else’s nude pictures that my 7 year old daughter found as the original gift was for her . Haven’t offered me a refund just told me they would send my order out ASAP. I think i deserve some money off for this inconvenience and being made to wait longer for my product
