Couldn't be happier
We lost a photo we loved luckily we have taken a photo of the photo to share with freinds , we sent this in and the canvas is amazing its even better then the real photo we had , it was a surprise for my partner and he was so happy to see it again

As all other orders nothing can complain about delivery took 2 days longer than usual but put this down to the Brexit cock up and the pandemic were going through but the canvas I received is first class at a great price so very happy customer yet again.

Excellent quality product. Have ordered a second time. First order delayed so emailed customer service who answered promptly and chased my order. I was then happy to order a second time so hope this is not delayed. Good discounts offered and very user friendly website.

I suggest you guys use someone else instead of UPS for your delivery..
Their service and lack of communication is ridiculous..
Your product is excellent as is your service.
I'll use you again, but will insist on another delivery service.

5th order from my picture and by far the WORST in all respects VERY SLOW DELIVERY, non existent tracking (UPS have always been poor couriers (based on many years experience)).
10 days from Order Complete to receipt is unacceptable.
Canvas prints package was open and 1 print fell out and was damaged.
I WONT BE USING MY PICTURE AGAIN. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, POOR SERVICE AND COURIER IS A DISGRACE.

Huge problems with delivery and customer service. Product was reasonable quality and good value for money but the appalling customer service and heavily delayed delivery means I would avoid this company like the plague

Constantly delayed (In UK so nothing to do with Covid.) and no comunication from them at all.
I'll buy from a UK based company now rather than get them printed in Germany.
