I have never been so happy as when I received my canvas prints they were excellent in every way in every detail I would recommend that everyone get one of these prints you will not regret it they are excellent

Still waiting for order to be processed after 2 weeks. Company refuses to tell me when I can expect delivery or to give me a refund. Appaling service - dreadful customer service. I have never come across such an awful company.

I ordered a photo dog-cushion which was loved by my mother, and face masks which she also enjoyed. 4 stars only for delivery as website promised delivery by Christmas, and that didn't happen; I was close to Christmas, and had been surprised to a supplier willing to make the promise, and this did affect my decision to go with this company. Great product, but over-promised delivery.

The puzzle arrived with scuffed edges and the picture was blurry - it was not advised at point of purchase that the choice of picture would not be fit for purpose. I was also disappointed that a box for the puzzle is not included.
Delivery was on time but was a lot of money.
I am yet to experience any customer service

I was really pleased with the quality of the item I ordered. Delivery was a little longer than other items I ordered( and received really quickly. ) however customer service kept me informed as to the reasons for delay and right upto delivery.
